Yes. POP is over. But that does not mean that we were good. I'm sure we forgot a lot of things due to nervousness, carelessness etcetc. Some of you still do not even know your own parts. I don't know how I can help you with rhythm. Rhythm should be solved by oneself outside of band, as it is one of the simplest part of your scores. Notes, even simpler. You should know your entire fingering chart by now (except bassoon). Saxophone is one of the easiest instruments in terms of fingering, so don't whine.
Jeffrey, please be more serious towards your bassoon please. It isn't easy, but sec 1s from other schools are way ahead. And you can't use the excuse of coming into bassoon late forever.
Next up is NBC. 2 pieces. Seeing that we take so long to do just ONE piece, imagine TWO. And remember that Mr Lim said that if you want to be in the competition, you have to attend every practice till the day itself.
